What kind of photo works best?

Clear lighting is key! We work best with photos where your pet is facing the camera or looking slightly to the side. As long as we can see their cute features, we can stitch it.

How long does it take to make?

Good things take time! Since every portrait is custom-digitized and embroidered to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for production plus shipping.

Can you do pets other than dogs?

Absolutely! We stitch cats, bunnies, horses, birds, and even hamsters. If you love them, we can embroider them.

How can I check the status of my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your item ships. If it's been more than 4 weeks, email contact@lovestitcher.com and we're happy to help.

How do I wash my embroidered hoodie?

To keep your keepsake safe, turn the hoodie inside out and wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Air drying is best!
