Important Notices

👉 All items are custom-made. We begin preparing your embroidery within 24 hours of placing your order. Because each product is personalized, custom information cannot be changed once submitted.
Please double-check your pet name, photo, and color choices before checkout.

👉 Because every item is embroidered just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.
However, we do replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a production error. If there is an issue, email us at contact@lovestitcher.com

👉 During high-volume seasons (especially Black Friday → Christmas), production may take 3–5 days longer than usual. Thank you for your patience — quality embroidery takes time.

1. How Long Does Shipping Take?

Your order delivery has two stages:

⏳ Handling Time (Production)

3–5 business days
This includes:
• embroidery digitizing
• stitching your custom artwork
• quality inspection
• packing

During holidays, handling may extend slightly.

🚚 Transit Time (USA Only)

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping method can be selected at checkout.

Notes

Any taxes or duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery delays may occur due to:
• public holidays
• weather conditions
• carrier delays
• high seasonal volume

2. Where Is My Order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Tracking updates normally appear within 24–48 hours after shipment.

3. Important Shipping Tips

To ensure successful delivery, please:

✔ Provide a valid email address and correct phone number at checkout
✔ Enter your full address including apartment or unit number
✘ PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not supported for Expedited Shipping

We cannot refund or reship orders due to:

missing apartment numbers

wrong or incomplete addresses

no response to carrier delivery attempts

Once the package arrives in your country’s facility, tracking may take an additional 5–7 days to update.

4. Reporting a Shipping Issue

Please contact us at contact@lovestitcher.com
 if:

Your order has not arrived within 10 days after the estimated delivery date

The tracking number has not updated for more than 7 days

Your item arrived damaged

All shipping issues must be reported within 60 days of placing the order.

5. What If My Order Is Marked “Delivered” but I Didn’t Receive It?

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it:

Check with neighbors or household members

Look around your mailbox, porch, building, or delivery area

Contact your local USPS/UPS office for GPS delivery confirmation

If still not located after 3 days, email us at contact@lovestitcher.com
 and we will help investigate.

6. Lost Packages During Transit

If your order is stuck in transit or not moving for an extended time, contact us.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost.
